Our factory supplies high strength duplex stainless steel 2205 sheets (0.1-6mm cold rolled). Compared with 316L/317L, 2205 offers superior pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, lower thermal expansion, and higher thermal conductivity, making it ideal for heat exchanger environments.

Austenitic steels like 316L often fail in heat exchangers due to chloride-induced pitting, high thermal expansion causing stress, and poor heat transfer efficiency.
Solution
